The fine print, held gently

User-Generated Content Consent

Last updated: July 2026

When you share a story, a reflection, a piece of feedback, a voice memo, or any other message through the forms on this site — including the Share Your Story form on Community Stories and the Podcast Feedback form on the Podcast page — you are giving Traciana Graves and her team permission to receive, read, and thoughtfully steward what you have shared.

What you are agreeing to

  • We may quote, excerpt, adapt, or share your submission — in whole or in part — across the podcast, newsletter, social channels, live gatherings, and future editorial work.
  • By default, submissions are used anonymously or by first name and city only. If you want your full name, business, or handle credited, please say so in your submission.
  • If you want your story kept fully private, write "private — not for use" at the top of your message and we will keep it in the archive only.
  • We will never sell your submission, and we will not attach your name to anything intimate, medical, or identifying without your explicit written permission.

What we ask of you

  • Share only what is yours to share. Please do not include names, images, or private details about third parties without their consent.
  • You confirm you are 18 or older, or that a parent or guardian is sending on your behalf.

Changing your mind

You can revoke consent, request that a previously shared story be removed from future use, or ask what we hold about you at any time by writing hello@lettersfromtraciana.com. Requests are honored within 30 days.
