A Harlem native who came of age between New York and Paris, Traciana studied international relations and linguistics at Georgetown University and the Sorbonne—an early grounding in language, culture, and perspective that continues to shape how she works in a room.

She has spent over two decades working in environments where leadership, creativity, and human connection are actively being shaped, and is known for her ability to articulate what people are experiencing but have not yet named.
